Here at Damar we specialise in business and professional apprenticeships. Below is an outline of all of the qualifications that we offer.

Coming to the end of your apprenticeship?

If you’re about to come to the end of your apprenticeship, you may be wondering what’s next?

Different pathways that our apprentices have taken include:

Remaining in their current role now they are fully competent
Undertaking a higher level apprenticeship
Gaining a promotion and/or taking on more responsibility
Moving on to a different company
Studying a part-time higher education course

As you come to the end of your apprenticeship, talk to your coach and line manager about what options are available to you. At Damar, we do have progression pathways for a number of our apprenticeships.
