The wellbeing of our apprentices, our members of staff and our partner employers is at the heart of everything we do at Damar and our response to the Coronavirus pandemic has been driven by this ethos.
Now, as the country gradually emerges from lockdown, we are able to provide an update on how we will support apprentices and our partner employers during the recovery period.
Our support and head office functions continue as usual although our physical office remains closed, with the core team working from home.
A successful apprenticeship is always a partnership between an employer, the apprentice, their supervisor and our team at Damar. We are absolutely committed to working with you to ensure that apprentices are safe, healthy and supported and continue to make progress.
