In this session you will:
- Gain an understanding of what an apprenticeship is
- Understand the important role you play in supporting an apprentice
- Gain practical advice on linking the apprenticeship to the apprentice’s work objectives
- Understand how progress is made and tracked and is transparent for a supervisor
- Understand the support you will have from Damar.
