Business Development Manager:

A business development role with a difference. At Damar we are on a mission to transform lives and benefit organisations using the power of apprenticeships. You will be building relationships with supportive employers and identifying opportunities for them to use apprenticeships to attract, develop and retain their stars of the future. You don’t need a background in apprenticeships (we can teach you!) but you will have B2B sales experience and be a strong communicator who is enthusiastic, ambitious, and shares our values.


We are looking for a qualified solicitor to join our team as coach who will be part of our Delivery team. We are looking for someone who is able to manage the coaching of a caseload of apprentices, ensuring that they develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours to succeed in their roles and complete their apprenticeships as planned.
