If you’re passionate about helping people achieve then we’re looking for a Co-ordinator to join our Business Support Unit team.   You’ll be based at our new office at 111 Piccadilly with the flexibility to work from home. 

Our team is evolving, this is a key role in helping us drive through our ambitious goal for the Business Support Unit.  If you join us, then you’ll have the opportunity to help shape how we work.   If you already have experience in a broad administration role, have great communication skills (both written and verbal), are a strong team player with flexibility in your approach, then we’d love to hear from you. We are looking to recruit an experienced Internal Quality Assurer to internally verify our CILEx Professional Skills assignments at Level 3 and Level 6 in Client Care and Legal Research in line with both CILEx and Damar internal quality assurance processes.

This is an interim, self-employed role, to be carried out at two points throughout the year (normally January and May – informed by CILEx submission window).

Role overview

Working closely with the Quality Manager, you will carry out internal quality assurance activity on our CILEx Professional Skills assignments at Level 3 and Level 6 in Client Care and Legal Research in line with both CILEx and Damar internal quality assurance processes.

  • Location: Home-Based
  • A self-employed, interim opportunity at two points throughout the year (normally January and May) – informed by CILEx submission windows
  • Rate to be agreed
  • Reporting to: Quality Manager

Key responsibilities

  • Generate meaningful feedback on the quality of the assessment and Tutor feedback in relation to level 3 and level 6 Professional Skills assignments (Client Care and Legal Research units)
  • Identify strengths and areas for development trends and feedback to Quality Manager
  • Provide suggestions for future CPD opportunities based on findings

Skills

  • ICT literate with good Excel and presentation skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Able to challenge and provide constructive feedback
  • Excellent interpersonal and team-working skills

Knowledge and qualifications

  • Qualified in Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practices
  • Up to date subject knowledge of CILEx Professional Skills (Client Care and Legal Research)
