National Apprenticship Week 2023

An overview of our activity for National Apprenticeship Week 2023

National Apprenticeship Week (NAW) 2023 is the 16th annual celebration of apprenticeships.

This year’s theme is ‘Skills for Life’ and we have lots of exciting activities taking place for NAW.

Throughout the week we will be showcasing how apprenticeships can help individuals develop the skills and knowledge required for a rewarding career and help businesses to develop a talented workforce that is equipped with skills for the future.

Taking the theme of “Skills for Life” we will be showcasing our people, employers and apprentices with themes dedicated in and around:

Life-long learning

A common misconception is that apprenticeships are just for school or college leavers. While many apprentices are relatively young, apprenticeships are by no means limited to those people who are starting their career journey. Many of our apprenticeship programmes are designed to help you develop your skills to take you to the next step on your career journey.
