Why did you decide to do an apprenticeship?

I decided to do an apprenticeship to expand my knowledge for my organisation and to achieve another qualification that I can take anywhere I go in life.   

What have you enjoyed most about your Customer Service Apprenticeship?

What I most enjoyed about my apprenticeship was working with my coach and going to Damar Training for learning sessions and meeting other students that were doing the same apprenticeship as me. I would say my favourite part of my apprenticeship was getting my results and realising all my hard work had finally paid off.

How was your training with Damar?

When Paula became my tutor I started to see my training in a positive way. Paula always believed in me and always made me feel comfortable to ask any questions I was struggling with.

What do you think your biggest achievement was as an apprentice?

I think my biggest achievement as an apprentice was receiving certificates for all my hard work.

What do you think you contributed to your organisation during your apprenticeship?

During my apprenticeship I would say I contributed by providing an excellent level of customer service to my external customers at Kenny Waste Management.
