Team leader apprenticeship FAQs
All apprentices are required to undertake an end-point assessment. For team leaders, this includes two elements. The first is a professional discussion supported by a portfolio of evidence that covers the criteria of the first five modules. The second element is a presentation which covers the criteria of the final four modules, followed by questions and answers.
Yes, apprentices who successfully complete the level 3 team leader apprenticeship will receive a full apprenticeship certificate, which is a nationally recognised qualification.
Successful level 3 team leader apprentices can go on to complete the level 5 operations manager apprenticeship. Other individuals simply progress in their organisations, taking on more responsibility or undertaking additional qualifications, including part-time degrees.
