Damar Training, a leading national provider of business and professional apprenticeships, has been accredited once again to the matrix Standard, demonstrating the high quality information advice and guidance we provide to our apprentices and partner-employers.
The matrix Standard is the international quality standard for organisations that deliver information, advice and/or guidance (IAG), either as their sole purpose or as part of their service offering.
We are very proud of the strengths that were recognised by the matrix assessment, including:
“Damar have strong relationships with employers large and small, and they contribute positively to their employees’ development and progress.”
“Students and employers say that staff are highly competent and professional and are flexible in their approach and readily accessible.”
“The use of technology remains a strength, and [Damar have an] established commitment to identifying and embracing appropriate technological solutions.”
“Additional in-house resources including the Damar Online Learning platform and Profiler tool have added significant value to the student experience.”
“Damar’s effective leadership and direction has continued and remains a strength, making bold decisions… seizing opportunities for development and improvement and [taking] a holistic and relatively visionary approach.”
Robin Lindsay, Commercial Partnerships Director at Damar Training, said:
“As a training provider, we aim to bring lasting impact to the employers and apprentices that we work with and a key component of the quality services we provide is information, advice and guidance. We are pleased to have once again achieved this national standard, demonstrating the commitment that we have to improving lives and helping businesses grow.”
