Damar Training are excited to announce our partnership with the ‘We invest in apprentices’ accreditation.

Over our 40-year history, we are proud of the relationships we have built with employers to ensure that their apprenticeship programmes don’t just deliver short-term results, but have a lasting impact, that they drive continuous improvement and that we celebrate the benefits that apprenticeship training brings to apprentices and organisations. We are therefore delighted to support this initiative and encourage employers to get involved.

Created by Investors in People, at the request of the UK government’s Department for Education, the ‘We invest in apprentices’ accreditation measures how well organisations are supporting their apprentices.

The accreditation – achievable at Silver, Gold and Platinum levels – is ideal for organisations who want recognition for their apprenticeship programmes, as well as those who are looking for ways to grow and develop programmes to support their apprentices even better.

The framework is based on extensive research on how to deliver the best quality and biggest impact for apprentices and employers.

Investors in Apprentices

All successful apprenticeships involve a partnership between the employer, apprentice and training provider. Here at Damar, we are always looking for ways in which we can maximise the benefits that apprenticeship training brings to our employers and apprentices.
