Thank you to all of our apprentices and employer partners who completed our 2025 surveys. Your feedback drives our success, and your insights will help us deliver even better experiences for future apprentices.

Overall, our 2025 surveys delivered exceptional results: apprentice satisfaction jumped from 92% to 95%, while employer satisfaction reached 96%. Find out more about the results below.

Apprentice results

With an overall satisfaction rating of 95%, responses to individual questions included:

  • 97% say their apprenticeship meets their needs
  • 98% feel fairly treated by Damar staff
  • 96% receive feedback that helps them improve
  • 95% believe we’re preparing them for their next career step
  • 95% would recommend Damar to others.

What apprentices love most:

  • Clear programme structure – logical, sequential learning that builds knowledge progressively
  • Diverse learning resources – digital tools, practical activities and interactive content for all learning styles
  • Comprehensive support – academic, pastoral and career guidance when needed
  • Expert coaching – professional, personalised attention from our team.

Employer results

With an overall satisfaction rating of 96%, there were a number of questions where responses hit 100%:

  • 100% clarity on off-the-job requirements
  • 100% agreement that Damar’s apprenticeships meet organisational needs
  • 100% confirmation that Damar apprentices positively impact their organisations
  • 100% belief that we prepare apprentices well for progression.

Other scores were also strong. For example, 93% rate our enrolment process as effective, and 90% believe our communication is effective.

The main words employers use to describe us are:

What This Means

These aren’t just numbers – they’re evidence that our approach works. When 97% of apprentices say the apprenticeship meets their needs and 100% of employers see positive organisational impact, we know that we’re making a real difference.

However, we’re also analysing every piece of feedback to identify improvement opportunities. While these results are exceptional, we’re committed to continuous enhancement across:

  • Support that exceeds expectations
  • Systems and accessibility.
